1. Acceptance of Terms
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.bioshcl.com (the "Site"), operated by BIOS Healthcare ("BIOS Healthcare," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms do not govern the services BIOS Healthcare provides to its healthcare clients under separate signed agreements (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, or Statements of Work). Where a conflict exists between those agreements and these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. Who We Are; Purpose of the Site
BIOS Healthcare provides revenue cycle management ("RCM") and related business process outsourcing services to healthcare providers and organizations in the United States. The Site is provided for general informational purposes — to describe our services, industries served, and company information, and to enable prospective clients, partners, and job applicants to contact us. The Site is not a patient portal, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used to submit medical records or protected health information ("PHI").
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business audiences and individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Intellectual Property

8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by BIOS Healthcare. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOS HEALTHCARE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation does not apply to obligations under a separately signed services agreement or BAA between BIOS Healthcare and a client.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIOS Healthcare and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Changes to the Site and Terms
